Since hiring our first employee with a disability in 2011, EDICO has actively provided employment opportunities and training for individuals with disabilities. We strive to create a barrier-free working environment and demonstrate our support for each employee through initiatives such as providing assistive devices, making reasonable adjustments to work processes, and participating in various on-the-job training and support programs. Externally, we engage in charitable activities, fostering a caring community through volunteer services such as the Po Leung Kuk Flag Day, Sin Ching Kindergarten WallArts, and events organized by Heep Hong Society.

We are proud signatory of the Family-Friendly Employers Award Scheme and have been honored with the Caring Company Logo from 2011 to the present, both of which reflect our dedication to our customers, employees, community, and the environment. In 2022, we enrolled in the Talent-Wise Employment Charter and were recognized as an Inclusive Organization.
